On 2/23/2022, owner struck a medium sized pothole. The vehicle lit up several warning lights (ABS, traction control, etc.) as well as the check engine light. At this time, the driver applied the brakes and they went to the floor. Driver was able to coast into a roundabout and eventually into a parking lot and got the vehicle stopped. Upon shutdown and re-start, the vehicle had brakes again. Vehicle was taken to dealer on 2/23/22 and returned on 2/25/22. Several updates were programmed and battery was replaced. Owner report 11473068 · 2022-07-09 (July 9, 2022)

Complaint - The wiring harness in my engine compartment is mounted on the firewall below the cowl. It runs from the driver’s side to the passenger side. On my vehicle, it has a significant drop on the driver's side, almost hitting the master brake cylinder cover. The wiring harness does move significantly on the driver's side. Note-Some kinds of clips are molded onto the wire harness cover. Upon inspection of the wiring harness and cover, there is nothing that I and Service Director could find to attach the wiring harness to the firewall to…

Owner report 11667816 · 2025-06-18 (June 18, 2025)

Our car is now having two issues: 1. The first issue is extremely scary, but we found a temporary work around so have been dealing with it for months as we needed are car. If the auto stop/start is not turned off (which has to happen ever time the car is started), the car essentially puts on an emergency break and shuts down the car at the first for second stop. This happened in the middle of a busy intersection the first time and happened numerous other times including while I was on the phone with the Jeep dealership. It is extremely dangerou…

Owner report 11716627 · 2026-02-09 (February 9, 2026)

I am filing this complaint regarding my 2023 Jeep Wagoneer, which I have owned for approximately 1.5 years. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have experienced repeated and ongoing mechanical failures, primarily involving the fuel injection system and chronic battery drainage. The vehicle has been taken to the dealership for fuel‑related issues more than five times. During these visits, the fuel pump was replaced, but the problems continued. The vehicle repeatedly triggered check‑engine lights related to the fuel system. At one point, the dealersh…

While starting to turn through an intersection after a red light the vehicle stalled in the center of said intersection. After turning the vehicle fully off and restarting the dash lights for a steering malfunction illuminated. The vehicle was difficult to steer but was drivable. After several on of cycles the steering was easier. We made an appointment and took it to the dealer. The dealer found the steering rack to have an "internal" fault and was unsafe to drive. The vehicle died in the center of a busy intersection. We could have been hit …
