## Interpretation
Complaint counts are unverified owner reports, not failure probabilities. Deduplicate complaints by ODI number and recalls by campaign number. Model year is not campaign announcement year. Mileage charts exclude missing, zero and invalid values. AI interpretations are labeled with evidence and scope. Never infer a reliability ranking from raw counts.
