Owner report 11681033 · 2025-08-16 (August 16, 2025)

I purchased this vehicle 04/15/2025. Starting at less than 500 miles the Blind Spot Indicator Warning Lights along with the ABS Braking System Warning Lights randomly come on while driving. To receive random warning light notices and sounds while driving is extremely startling and concerning. I have taken the vehicle to the dealership multiple times with no success of fixing the issue. They have been in touch with Chrysler’s engineers. The engineers have given instructions such as inspecting the electrical system, replacing the main module and …

Owner report 11725523 · 2026-03-19 (March 19, 2026)

Rear climate control system fails to provide cooled air to the second and third rows during normal vehicle operation. Front vents produce cold air while rear vents blow warm to hot air despite temperature settings at minimum, high fan speed, and recirculation enabled. The condition has been present since vehicle delivery and has persisted despite three repair attempts by an authorized dealership. The problem has been reproducible under both driving and idle conditions. Independent measurements using a probe-based temperature instrument insert…

Owner report 11730455 · 2026-04-10 (April 10, 2026)

The contact owns a 2025 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, her grandson was exiting the vehicle from the second row of seats on the driver's side, he accidentally activated the fold-down feature of the seat. The seat folded over and trapped the child's head between the seat and a TV screen located on the back of the driver's seat. The contact stated that the seat stopped folding when it encountered resistance from the child's body. The contact manually pulled the seat back off the child's back. The contac…

Recall history

2 distinct campaigns affect this selection. Announcement dates below are different from vehicle model years. A campaign may cover multiple years.

25V593000 · Structure:Exterior Trim

Reported: 2025-09-11 (September 11, 2025)

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Jeep Wagoneer and Jeep Grand Wagoneer vehicles. The trim on the driver and passenger doors may not have been installed properly, which can allow it to detach.

Consequence: Detached trim pieces can create a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the door trim, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 25, 2025. Owners may contact FCA customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA's number for this recall is 77C. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning September 18, 2025.

26V559000 · Tires:Pressure Monitoring And Regulating Systems

Reported: 2026-09-01 (September 1, 2026)

Chrysler (FCA US LLC) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Jeep Wagoneer, 2024-2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Jeep Grand Cherokee L, Jeep Grand Cherokee 4XE, Jeep Grand Wagoneer, 2025 Jeep Wagoneer L, 2025-2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer L, 2026 Jeep Cherokee, and Jeep Grand Wagoneer L PHEV vehicles. Due to a software error, the tire pressure monitoring system may fail to detect low tire pressure and/or fail to illuminate the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) warning light as intended. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 138, "Tire Pressure Monitoring System."

Consequence: A TPMS warning light that fails to notify the driver of low tire pressure increases the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will update the radio frequency hub software, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed beginning September 29, 2026. Owners may contact FCA US, LLC customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA US, LLC's number for this recall is 54D. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will become searchable on NHTSA.gov on September 9, 2026.
