WHILE DRIVING ALL ELECTRICAL LIGHT APPEARED ON THE DASHBOARD AND REMAINED ON. VEHICLE STALLED. CONSUMER DROVE THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION, AND MECHANIC STATED THAT THE VEHICLE HAD TO BE PLACED ON A DIAGNOSTIC MACHINE FOR RESULTS. CONSUMER INFORMED THE MECHANIC THAT THIS PROBLEM OCCURRED MORE THAN ONCE. MECHANIC ADVISED CONSUMER THAT THE PROBLEM COULD NOT BE DETERMINED AT THIS TIME.

THE DRIVER NOTICED LIQUID LEAKING FROM UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE WHILE IT WAS PARKED. WHILE DRIVING, THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE CONSUMER WAS ABLE TO RESTART IT AND PULLED OVER. OIL WAS LEAKING FROM THE VEHICLE. THE CONSUMER WAS ABLE TO DRIVE TO THE DEALER. THE MECHANIC INFORMED THE DRIVER THAT THE CAM SHAFT SEAL PLUG NEEDED REPLACEMENT. WAS JUST INFORMED ABOUT THE VALUE OF REPORTING THIS. IN 1997, UNDER WARRANTY-I SHOWED A LINE IN THE FRAME TO A ISUZU DEALER/MECHANIC WHO FAILED TO IDENTIFY THIS AS A CRACK IN THE FRAME. SINCE THEN, THE CRACK HAS CIRCUMVENTED MOST OF THE F-L FRAME, WHERE THE POWER STEERING PUMP IS ATTACHED. ISUZU CORPORATE REFUSED TO CORRECT THIS OR TO OFFER A SOLUTION TO ENSURE MY SAFETY.
