While driving I received a warning that said “ service high voltage system” that came up on my dashboard. I have had my vehicle just for a couple of months and this is the second issue that I am having with the vehicle since purchasing it. I have taken it back to Honda who is now telling me that they have to do some tests to try and figure out the issue which seems to be a know issue which some forums show that may effect the heating system or cause you to need a complete battery replacement. The contact owns a 2025 Honda Prologue. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the battery suddenly experienced a loss of power. An unknown message was displayed. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed; however, the cause of the failure was not identified. The vehicle was not repaired. During a normal commute on the highway, the vehicle suddenly lost all engine power and stalled in the middle of high speed traffic. The vehicle could not exceed 8 mph while attempting to pull to the side of the road for safety. There were no warning lights (other than a low tire pressures - normal for cold days) and no error messages. The car was unable to get started for about 10 minutes.
