The contact owned a 2024 Honda Prologue. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the steering wheel seized. In addition, the brake pedal was depressed, however, the vehicle failed to stop as intended. The vehicle speed increased independently. As a result, the vehicle crashed into another vehicle. The fire department and the police arrived on the scene. A police report was filed. On Dec. 19 the infotainment system and the instrument panels both went blank. I was driving away from my home. I touched a button on the steering wheel that controls the content of the screen that is the main instrument panel. The heads up display failed as well. The car kept running, but I could see any information such as my speed, my battery level or any of the other usual information.
