Owner report 11235079 · 2019-07-26 (July 26, 2019)

I PREVIOUSLY LEASED THE QX50 AND HAD NO ISSUES WITH THAT VEHICLE. WE TRADED IT IN FOR MORE ROOM AND UPGRADED TO THE QX60. BRAKES BEGAN SQUEALING INTERMITTENTLY 6 MONTHS AFTER LEASING (LEASED BRAND NEW IN JUNE 2018) AND TOOK IT TO THE DEALERSHIP WE LEASED IT FROM. THE SQUEAL OCCURS WHEN DRIVING IN REVERSE DURING APPLICATION OF THE BRAKES. (MY HUSBAND BELIEVES ITS AN ISSUE WITH THE CALIPERS.) WE WERE TOLD THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE BRAKES. AT THE SECOND SERVICE DEPARTMENT (SERVICED IN JULY 2019 SINCE THE SQUEALING HAS GOTTEN MUCH …

THE SHUTTERING RETURNED ON 9/1 AND NOW OCCURS BETWEEN 20 TO 60 MPH. THIS ISSUE OCCURS DURING HIGHWAY OR STREET DRIVING. VEHICLE HAS 31K PLUS MILES

Owner report 11482763 · 2022-09-03 (September 3, 2022)

I purchased my 2018 QX60 in 2021 at Competition Infiniti as a certified pre-own vehicle. I soon began to hear a rattling noise and the steering wheel would vibrate a little. I brought the vehicle back to the dealer several times with this complain and they keep telling me that their is nothing that the can do for me because that’s the way the vehicle is built. The noise as I was told is common in QX60 models and that I’m not the only person that has complained about it. I told him that I don’t expect for a $30,000+ Luxury vehicle to sound t…

Owner report 11633183 · 2024-12-30 (December 30, 2024)

Check engine light came on, poor idling and start up. Infiniti replaced pvc hose that was cracked, electical seat warmer issue was fixed, dvd electrical issue was denied under the claim warranty, and some sensors were replaced due to codes of lean fuel, and the technician noticed a ticking noise. The dealership told us to pick the car up, drive it and put more miles on it and bring it back in to file another claim for the ticking sound. Returned to file new claim and was told the engine needed to be replaced or timing chain should be replaced d…

Owner report 11491969 · 2022-11-02 (November 2, 2022)

The windshield wipers quick working while in a rainstorm, more than once. They will stall out and then start again with up to a minute in between. The vehicle can be inspected before repairs. The safety of everyone in and outside the vehicle is compromised significantly, with visibility while driving on all roads and freeways. The vehicle is going into the dealer and there is a current recall affecting this vehicle. just not my VIN. No other inspections at this time. No warning signals of any kind. I am completely scared to drive it as it rain…

I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE AS A NEW VEHICLE. SHORTLY AFTER PURCHASING THE VECHICLE I BEGAN TO HEAR RATTLING AND NOISES. I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY REFUSED TO OFFER ASSISTANCE. THE MANUFACTURER DID ASSIST. THEY SENT AN INSPECTOR IN TO REVIEW THE VEHICLE AND THEY GAVE ME COMPENSATION FOR MY NUMEROUS SERVICE VISITS. HOWEVER THE RATTLING REMAINS. ADDITIONALLY THE DRIVER SEAT MOVES BACK AND FORTH AND MG GAS TANK IS LOOSE.
