Owner report 11510234 · 2023-03-05 (March 5, 2023)
My car was parked in the driveway, and it was locked. The keys were in a bowl next to the door. During the night the sunroof opened with no contact from anyone and it rained that night and flooded the inside of the car. We did research on the issue and this has happened to many Buick owners. I put the car under shelter and got out as much water as I could. The sunroof would not operate to close it. First thing Monday morning I was at the dealers. The dealer stated that had never seen that problem. I gave them some of the information…

Owner report 11062640 · 2018-01-13 (January 13, 2018)
THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE EXHAUST SYSTEM OR MAYBE NOT, WITH A HORRENDOUS GROANING RATTLE THAT OCCURS WITHIN SPECIFIC PARAMETERS. AT ABOUT 45-50MPH, IF CRUISING WITH ALMOST NO ACCELERATION, WHEN YOU DO ACCELERATE, YOU GET AN AWFUL RATTLE THAT SOUNDS AS THOUGH IT IS COMING FROM THE EXHAUST SYSTEM. IT IS STARTLING AND IN OF ITSELF DOESN'T SEEM TO BE A SAFETY ITEM EXCEPT IT STARTLES YOU. DEALER INDICATED WHEN BROUGHT IN THAT ROAD SALT, SMALL STONES, ETC. HAD SETTLED ON TOP OF THE FUEL TANK AND CAUSED THIS GOD AWFUL SOUND. THEY SAID THEY BL…

ON AT LEAST 5 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS THE DASH BOARD LIGHTS AND INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM HAVE WENT COMPLETELY BLACK THIS IS AT VARYING SPEEDS FROM 25 MILES TO 60 MILES AND EVEN SITTING AT A STOP LIGHT THIS HAS HAPPENED. WHEN IT DOES HAPPEN ITS ONLY FOR COUPLE SECONDS. THIS HAS ALSO HAPPEN TWICE WHILE MY TEENAGE SON WAS DRIVING AND SCARED HIM QUITE A BIT. MOST RECENTLY WHILE AT A STOP LIGHT I LET MY FOOT OF THE BRAKE AND PUSH GAS I GET A MESSAGE SAYING PARK BRAKE RELEASED THE DOORS UNLOCK THEN LOCK. I TRY TO MOVE THE STEERING WHEEL BUT ITS HARD LIKE IT'S…
