C clip fell out of transmission causing gears to crash together. Could have locked up rear tire but gears broke and wouldn't allow movement in 4th gear

PURCHASED THIS THE BIKE WOULD GO FOR PERIODS OF TIME WITHOUT STALLING THEN IT STARTED STALLING NOT ONLY WHEN YOU TOOK OFF FROM A STOP, BUT WHEN YOU SHIFTED GEARS UP OR DOWN SHIFTS, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF A TURN, LEFT WAS MORE OFTEN. AT THE END OF NOVEMBER 2012 I WAS ALMOST IN AN ACCIDENT WHILE MAKING A LEFT TURN, THE BIKE COUGHED THROUGH THE THROTTLE BODIES AND DIED. AN ON COMING CAR ALMOST HIT ME. I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER IN MY AREA AS OPPOSED TO THE DEALER I BOUGHT IT FROM BECAUSE THEY WERE OUT OF BUSINESS. MY LOCAL DEALER …
