Owner report 11625111 · 2024-11-14 (November 14, 2024)

The sliding doors will shut off after 60+ minutes of being left open. In order to close them afterwards, you must fight with the power closing mechanism which makes it incredibly slow to close. This is dangerous if someone is threatening you and you need to get in your car and close the door. Or if a swarm of bees is coming at you. It takes about 30 seconds to close the door when this happens. Toyota claims this is to save power but this makes no sense as an excuse as the rear. Liftgate can stay open indefinitely without problem.

Owner report 11634695 · 2025-01-07 (January 7, 2025)

Wobbling vibration on exterior mirror, driver side. It looks like incoming vehicles shake sideways. This happens on any bumpy road and it is easier to observe at highway speeds. Purchased on [XXX] Vehicle is available for inspection. The distorted image resulting from mirror wobbling affects driver's awareness of surroundings, visibility gets worse at nights/rain due to blurred lights. This can lead to an accident. My intuition when I first noticed was going to be a cold break but I realized that it was the mirror wobbling causing it. The …

Drivers and passengers front doors make the sound as if they unlock and lock. The manual lock lever will flip as well however the doors will not unlock. This happens randomly both while trying to exit the vehicle and enter. When locked inside you have to crawl over the console to get to a door that functions . This is a major concern if you are in an accident and cannot exit the vehicle. Dealer look at my vehicle but could not duplicate it. I have a video of this when it happens

Owner report 11642020 · 2025-02-11 (February 11, 2025)

Driver side mirror visibly rattles when driving, but even worse when on highway. Safety concern is that visibility is blurred when driving. Vehicle is available for further inspection. Safety is put at risk since visibility becomes blurred when trying to change lanes. Yes concern has been reproduced, however I was told Toyota won't declare a warranty issue because other Sienna's and models of Toyotas have similar issue. Component has not been inspected by Toyota. However research I have done shows that Toyota is not acknowledging as a safety…

Owner report 11651971 · 2025-04-01 (April 1, 2025)

The drivers mirror shakes every bump you hit so everything looks blury going above 30mph. This is a huge safety concern as you can't see cars clearly in the mirror. One of the second row seats also shakes considerably. I have brought it to the dealer multiple times and they will not fix it.
