When i am driving from high speed and trying to use my brakes, the whole rear car will start shaking around 48/45 miles per hour , I can hear our car seat from our baby how it makes vibrating noises and i can see my both door mirrors they're shaking too, and when it drops to 40mil per hour the shaking goes away. Went to the local Toyota dealer 3 times and they're saying that's normal. Very disappointed with a brand new car. We have another new car and doesn't do that for sure... Toyota issued a recall due to suspected second row seat welds failing in a crash on October 7, 2025, with Safety Recall Notice mailed beginning of December 2025, and has not offered a remedy. The suggestion of not having anyone sit in the second row for over four months now is absurd and warrants investigation. We purchased the van with needing the space to occupy 5+ passengers and are not able to have all passengers sit in the third row. Using third row is inconvenient for car seats and parents in their mid [XXX] . This is complete negligence …

The sunroof leaks. Took vehicle to dealership. Was told they saw drops of water around the light housing. This could cause an electrical malfunction which could be a safety hazard. They could not find the source of the leak. There are other 2025 Sienna owners talking about their sunroofs also leaking. Thank you.

Unresolved recall for second row seats in a MINIVAN that has to transport small children in car seats. Using the seats will put them at risk. Using third row is inconvenient. Keeping van on dealer lot for months on end will be bad for battery, etc. No timeline for repair. The reason we purchased the vehicle is unusable and a major safety concern.

Purchased a **2025 Sienna XSE** with severe alignment issues since new. After **two failed repair attempts** at Fort Bend Toyota, the steering is now worse, and they damaged my wheel without offering solutions. This is a **safety hazard**, the car drifts dangerously at slow and highway speeds. The dealership dismissed my concerns, forcing me to escalate to **NHTSA** and **Toyota Corporate**. Avoid for serious mechanical issues, safety clearly isn’t their priority.
