DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH ON NORMAL ROAD CONDITIONS, THE TOWED DOUBLE AXLE TRAILER WAS OBSERVED TO HAVE POOR BRAKING ACTION. THERE WERE NO WARNING LIGHTS TO ALERT THE CONTACT. THE TRAILER WAS TAKEN TO A DEALERSHIP, WHO DETERMINED THE BRAKE SHOES WERE SEPARATED IN ONE OF THE AXLE'S WHEELS. AFTER DRIVING TO ANOTHER STATE, THE TRAILER BRAKE PROBLEM WAS NOTICED AGAIN. TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 PJ DUMP TRAILER (NA). WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THE TRAILER SUDDENLY SWERVED AGGRESSIVELY. THE VEHICLE WAS PULLED OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. THE DRIVER INSPECTED THE TRAILER AND NOTICED THAT THE FRONT AND REAR PASSENGER SIDE WHEELS DETACHED FROM THE TRAILER. THE TRAILER WAS TOWED TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER AND THEY STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS CONTRIBUTED TO AN OVERLOAD OF FREIGHT. THE TECHNICIAN REPLACED THE TWO WHEELS AND HUBS.
