DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH ON NORMAL ROAD CONDITIONS, THE TOWED DOUBLE AXLE TRAILER WAS OBSERVED TO HAVE POOR BRAKING ACTION. THERE WERE NO WARNING LIGHTS TO ALERT THE CONTACT. THE TRAILER WAS TAKEN TO A DEALERSHIP, WHO DETERMINED THE BRAKE SHOES WERE SEPARATED IN ONE OF THE AXLE'S WHEELS. AFTER DRIVING TO ANOTHER STATE, THE TRAILER BRAKE PROBLEM WAS NOTICED AGAIN. UPON INSPECTION, THE WHEEL WAS OBSERVED TO BE OVERHEATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP WHO DETERMINED THE BRAKE SHOES WERE ADHERED TO THE DRUMS.…

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 (NA) PJ GOOSENECK TRAILER. WHILE THE TRAILER WAS STATIONARY, THE BRAKES FELL OFF OF THE AXLES. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BY THE CONTACT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 200,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
