Owner report 11449158 · 2022-01-27 (January 27, 2022)
I was on a major interstate (I-495 in Va), driving at a speed of 60 to 65 miles per hour, when my driver side door suddenly opened. The dashboard alert came on that the door was open and the interior light came on. With my left hand, I held on to the door for my dear life, as I tried to pull over in a safe area to shut the door. Lexus has tested the car and could not replicate the issue of the door opening while driving at a high speed. I'm very concerned about my safety with this car. I do not feel safe at all. That's why I'm reporting this in…

Owner report 11501379 · 2023-01-11 (January 11, 2023)
Bridgestone 235/55 R18. I was driving in the far left Lane on the interstate going 65mph. The tire pressure warning came on. The vehicle seemed too shaky to continue on. I attempted to merge right to get off on the next exit and the vehicle began to shake violently. Before I could exit safely the tire shredded with several loud pops in the 3rd lane of traffic before I was able to merge to the exit. I had to stop on the side of the interstate. I was strong enough to keep control of the vehicle by gripping the steering wheel. The safety of myself…

Owner report 11513867 · 2023-03-26 (March 26, 2023)
While driving on highway 422 my sunroof on my 2020 Lexus 300 nx spontaneous shattered. Glass was everywhere in the car. It sounded like a gunshot. Neither myself or my daughter were hurt. Very scary especially not know what was going on. Thank goodness i was not going fast because of the rainy conditions that afternoon.

Owner report 11576009 · 2024-03-07 (March 7, 2024)
when someone seats behind the driver, on the left rear seat, many times the seat belt comes loose and the lamp turns on, the audio makes a sound and verbally says to please put on your seat belt. It sometimes takes two to three tries for someone to successfully put on the seat belt. other times the first time works. I bought this car on December of last year, so I'm not sure it it was inspected before that.
