DT*: THE CONTACT STATED THE RUBBER FOOT PEG HAD A KNOB ON THE END. THE CONTACT'S BOOT BECAME CAUGHT ON THE PEG AND THE CONTACT LOST BALANCE WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STOPPED. THIS CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO CRASH IN THE DRIVEWAY. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED MINOR BRUISES AND THE VEHICLE WAS DENTED. IT HAS NOT BEEN INSPECTED BY THE DEALERSHIP. THIS IS A 2006 HONDA REBEL CMX250.

A WELD JOINT ON THE FRAME OF MY HONDA REBEL JUST BROKE. I WAS IN FIRST GEAR IN MY PARKING LOT, NORMAL PRESSURE ON THE BRAKE PEDAL AND IT JUST SNAPPED OFF THE FRAME AND SWUNG OUT TO THE RIGHT. IF I WAS GOING FASTER OR ON THE INTERSTATE I COULD HAVE BEEN HURT. *JB

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 HONDA 250 REBEL. WHILE COMING TO A STOP, SHE NOTICED THAT THE BRAKE PEDAL SHIFTED AWAY FROM THE VEHICLE STRUCTURE. AFTER EXAMINING THE BRAKE PEDAL, SHE NOTICED THAT THE PEDAL FRAME WAS CRACKED. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED BY THE DEALER. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 610.

ON AUGUST 20, 2008 I TOOK MY BRAND NEW MOTOR SCOOTER Q LINK SIENNA 150 - 2008 (3 MILES MILEAGE) FOR A SHORT RIDE. WITHIN FIVE MINUTES OF DRIVING THIS VEHICLE I HAD WHAT I FOUND OUT TO BE A "TANK SLAPPER" - WOBBLE WHEEL ACCIDENT. NEVER HAD I OR MY INSURANCE COMPANY BEEN AWARE THIS LIFE THREATENING ACCIDENT COULD OCCUR. I FOUND OUT FROM THE SERVICE MANAGE OF MONTGOMERY CYCLE WHERE I PURCHASED THE SCOOTER, AFTER GIVING HIM ALL THE DETAILS HE SAID IT SOUNDED LIKE I HAD A "TANK SLAPPER", AND INDEED I DID.
