ABS/Brake system malfunctioned causing accident on Freeway. Was traveling in number 1 lane on Freeway in an area where it usually slows down, I had 3-4 car lengths gap between me and the person in front of me. Traffic started slowing down to about 25-35 mph I maintained a 2-3 car length gap, Traffic let off there brakes and I coasted traveling at roughly 25-35 mph for a couple seconds, then the I noticed the vehicles in front of me slamming on there brakes so I did too except my braking system failed, I'm suspecting the abs system malfunctioned…

Excess vibration when braking, I took the car into the Toyota dealership they inspected the vehicle and said the front rotors are warped. The presumed cause are the brakes overheating. I drive this vehicle 80 miles a day one way at freeway speeds. Very little stop and go traffic. My concern this has been present since about 20,000 miles . I am currently at 28,000 miles. The 8 speed transmission sometimes hard shifts to a different gear randomly. Happened total of 4 times while cruising. During Low speed, when press the gas let go and gas immediately again causes the car to jerk and the transmission shifts hard in stop and go traffic. The transmission also making the engine rpm fluctuate when applying gas every time. rpm would go up then drops back down when gas is applied. All this happened with in the time ive owned it. The smart stop system, the vehicle stability control system, the electrical power steering system, the blind spot monitoring system, the secondary collision brake system, and the lane keeping assistance all malfunctioned while traveling home one night. The vehicle ADAS system (pre-collision, ABS, RSA, adaptive cruise control) malfunctioned (due to no physical or external fault) and sent messages to be brought to the dealer. Upon being brought to the dealer they’re telling me that the car’s physical battery (low amperage) is responsible for disabling the vehicles factory safety settings. After filling my tank of gas (not overfilling), and parking the car overnight in the cold. I have gas that leaks out of my gas tank onto my garage floor. I reported this to the Dealership where I purchased on Feb 20, 2023 with photos. I have the car at Toyota Muscatine today 12/12/23 and they have been unable to replicate and are not sure what to fix since there is no current recall notice. I've sent both places photos now.

Fuel Injector failed, causing the engine to run extremely rich, misfire, and cause severe drivability issues. Issue occurred just outside vehicle base warranty. Problem was verified and confirmed by vehicle dealership. MIL was illuminated when drivability issue and malfunction started.

The contact owned a 2023 Toyota Camry. The contact stated that while stopped at the red traffic light with her disabled daughter sitting in the rear driver's side seat, the vehicle lurched forward abruptly and hit the rear of another occupied vehicle. On multiple occasion's the vehicle takes longer than usual to start and it suddenly starts misfiring and running poorly when I'm driving it. At one point I was turning into a busy intersection and I thought the vehicle was going to stall. I have taken the vehicle to the dealership and they have confirmed there is problem with the fuel injectors.
