Brakes failed 4 times in 4 days. Computer says low brake fluid, service stabilitrack, service electronic trailer brake systems. I filled with brake fluid twice. Called dealerships and stated minimum of 2 weeks before than can even look at it.

I was involved in an accident on May 3rd. 2024. As a result of this accident, I have filed an insurance claim. My brakes failed to stop the truck properly. I was pushing the brake pedal as hard as I could, and the brakes were not stopping the truck properly. It had minimal braking not enough to stop the truck. When the vehicle is shifted into reverse, regardless of brightness settings, the back up camera becomes incredibly bright with no way to adjust. The problem being that when in dark/night time conditions and backing up a trailer, the back up camera screen has to be covered in order to see out of the vehicle to safely back up. No incident has occurred currently.

Transmission just started shifting very hard causing the truck to shake. Truck was fine last week, mileage is 9600. Have notified the dealer, they said to bring it it in. There is no warning lights or alerts

The contact stated while driving approximately 74 MPH, the EGR valve de-energized seizing the turbo, causing the vehicle do decelerate to 30 MPH in less than a quarter mile. My 2023, Ram 2500 truck with a Cummins 6.7L diesel engine has a known defect with the grid heater bolt. This bolt can loosen or break off, falling into the engine and causing catastophic engine failure. This creates a suddne loss of power, espcially dangerous when towing heavy loads at highway speeds. Numerous owners have reported this issue, yet no recall has been issued. I request investigation and action to protect driver safety.

Vehicle: 2023 Ram 2500 Diesel (6.7L Cummins) – approx. 36,000 miles, under factory warranty Complaint Summary: Our 2023 Ram 2500 diesel is producing visible smoke from the engine bay and a persistent ticking/clicking noise from the engine. This occurs while driving and at idle. We have video evidence of smoke coming from under the hood and recordings of the abnormal engine noise.
