TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 MERCEDES-BENZ SPRINTER. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME DIFFICULT TO TURN. THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT COASTED THE VEHICLE INTO A NEARBY PARKING LOT. THE CONTACT STATED HE NOTICED A FUEL LEAK UNDER THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DRIVABLE. Traveling on I-80 in Western Nebraska and SRS and Airbag systems failed. I immediately pulled over and checked connectivity of seatbelt wiring harness. No connection problems on the factory swivel seat were located or noted. I called Mercedes of Loveland and described the problem and the first thing [XXX] the Service Manager asked or accused me of was removing the seat. The seat was removed within the first 60 days of ownership and under 1,000 miles and absolutely no issues up to this point. Mercedes of Loveland takes this VERY seriously b…
