WE WERE STOPPED FOR A RED LIGHT IN A LEFT TURN LANE. AT 9;30 AT NIGHT THE LIGHT IS SLOW TO CHANGE. IN ABOUT 2 MINUTES IT TURNED GREEN. I COULD SEE CARS STOPPING IN THE LANES.
