On Saturday, 3/22/25-vehicle lease start date for the 2025 QX60-lease from Sanford Infiniti On Saturday, 4/5/25- brought the vehicle back to Sanford Infiniti due to noise coming from the engine. According to their written paperwork, “The issue is currently under engineering review and the temporary fix is to disable the ANC (Active noise cancellation). Defective rear brakes & rear rotors at less then 22,000 miles on a 2025 QX60 almost causing major accident. Rotors warped & pads worn down to 1mm/2mm. Defective OEM parts used by Infiniti, refusal to cover under vehicle warranty.

Pulling onto 55mph road from a stop, the car began to accelerate then lagged(felt like a pause/stall in acceleration) and then overcompensated with rapid acceleration. This has happened multiple times. The vehicle has also gotten stuck in a low gear when accelerating in auto mode. Took the car to the dealership expressing safety concern of unreliable acceleration and they couldn’t replicate the issue.

While driving on highway vehicle completely shut down . Barely giving time to pull over to the shoulder. The car required a tow. After inspection it was determined the Fuel pump needed to be replaced with 12,287 miles on the vehicle
