TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 GEM NEV. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE IS A SAFETY RECALL # 06V222000 ON HIS CART'S ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. HE HAS SCHEDULED TWO APPOINTMENTS FOR THE RECALL REPAIR AND BOTH TIMES NO ONE SHOWED UP. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ELECTRIC COMPONENTS ON HIS CART FAILED IN MAY OF 2006 WITHOUT WARNING. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE UNAVAILABLE.

GEM E825/4 PASSENGER CART WITH A SAFETY RECALL. CUSTOMER STATED THE CART WAS INSPECTED AND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REPAIRED. THE DEALER TOLD HIM THEY COULD NOT REPAIR THE CART UNTIL HE BOUGHT A NEW BATTERY CHARGER. *KB THE CONSUMER STATED THAT THE DEALER INFORMED HIM THAT THEY FOUND THAT THE NEW AUXILIARY BOARD WAS INCOMPATIBLE WITH THE BATTERY CHARGER. THE CONSUMER WAS TOLD IT WAS NECESSARY TO REPLACE THE BATTERY CHARGER WITH A RE-BUILT ZYBAN OR A NEW DELTA Q CHARGER. *JB
