When drive train goes into electric drive mode, the vehicle will jump/lurch/bang after stopping like I was hit by another car pretty hard. This will only happen when the engine either goes into hybrid electric mode or engine turns off after a stop in sport and other modes. It will not happen in tow mode where the engine stays on. The issue is the aux pump on the transmission going bad, this was found by dealer and part is on national backorder. Owner report 11489658 · 2022-10-17 (October 17, 2022)

Vehicle lurches forward when transmission is in drive position, when stopped with foot on the brake. It is very forceful and feels like being hit from behind. It could easily cause a collision with a car stopped in front of my vehicle.
