Owner report 11534964 · 2023-07-28 (July 28, 2023)
Brand new truck with less than 500 miles on the odometer and now having issues with the auxiliary transmission pump which is responsible for switching between the hybrid system (engine to battery and vice versa). The issue with this is that is also makes the vehicle lurch forward as if it was rear ended, with the potential to hit something in front as a result. I left the vehicle with the dealer on Tuesday (7/25) and was just told on Thursday (7/27) that it would take a month before the vehicle can see their transmission department and that it …

Owner report 11536106 · 2023-08-02 (August 2, 2023)
When coming to a stop, say a stop light or stop sign, after a few seconds at a complete stop, the vehicle lurches violently forward. First time it happened, I thought I was rear ended, but no one was behind me. According tho hundreds of posts on www.f150gen14.com, it seems to be a known issue with the Auxiliary Transmission Oil pump, but dealerships are not acknowledging the issue or claiming it's a non-warranty issue. Regardless of that, the safety concern is the vehicle lurching into traffic, pedestrian, car in front, etc.

Owner report 11520340 · 2023-05-03 (May 3, 2023)
My F150 was purchased new and I have had it about 3 weeks. It has 1400 miles on it. Sunday afternoon April 30 2023 I could not start my f 150. There was a warning STOP SAFELY NOW and the car would not activate the engine, or disengage the parking brake. I turned everything off and waited a few minutes then tried to activate my f150 again. Again the car was bricked. The next morning May 1 at 8 am the car functioned and normally. I contacted a Ford dealer and was advised to make a service appointment. I did and took the F 150 in for service May 2…

Owner report 11526426 · 2023-06-11 (June 11, 2023)
Driving on highway at 70mph and sunroof on the vehicle "explodes/blows out". Glass shattered. No other vehicles ahead or over pass above. No outside object caused damage. The sound of the "explosion" caused me to brake severely and slow down, putting vehicles behind me at risk. Shattered glass also caused risk to drivers behind. The problem has been confirmed by dealer and component inspected by manufacturer.

Owner report 11547816 · 2023-10-02 (October 2, 2023)
I started the truck and safety systems all shut down: BLIS, Lane Keeping, Reverse Sensing, Advance Track, Rear Cross, Forward Collision...everything failed. It even turned my steering wheel to the right so it was not straight. I drove for about three miles, while stopped at a light a message said something about steering calibration and it straightened my steeling wheel to be back where is was supposed to be. The safety system shutdown has happened on three different dates.

Owner report 11583230 · 2024-04-16 (April 16, 2024)
While driving on interstate vehicle lost all braking and steering. Numerous warning lights popped up. I almost was in a very bad accident. I was able to put transmission in manual and gear down and finally got steering back with no power and could maneuver off road. Truck then shut down and would not start again. Called Ford and not very helpful. Contacting attorney for help.
