2023 Fisker OCEAN problems and owner complaints

Issue has been confirmed and acknowledged by Fisker. There is an issue with bumps on the road while braking and is a safety issue and should probably have a stop order until it's fixed. They are replacing sewer lines in my area so the roads are as bad as it gets. Our neighborhood is pretty hilly and I was coming down hill slowing from 35 to 15 to make a right onto a narrower side street. My fisker ocean brakes are extremely dangerous. It slides slipping when you apply the brake. You might be lucky if you go uphill or down hill to not get into an accident. I have tried for almost 6 week calling them to fix my issue. I have send an email to cfo and several others no luck. There should be a recall on these vehicles ASAP it’s a serious safety concern.

The vehicle started displaying random Brake malfunctioning alerts, and the vehicle did not stop even while applying brakes causing a bit of a panic. This repeated again today while driving back from the gym, so this is a concern and unsafe to drive the vehicle. Raised tickets with the company with no responses or anyone to reach out to. Vehicle is just a month old and several other issues from battery, key fob connectivity, apps glitches etc.

The car has now on at least 6 occasions started to shake and rapidly decelerate after I pressed the brake to slow down or make a turn. The car dashboard then starts flashing the following warning signs: 1. "Brake system malfunction service required"; 2) "ASAS fault- Features Limited or unavailable. I had a complete loss of power the car abruptly stopped in the middle of the fast lane on the freeway 680 in the San Francisco Bay area. Very dangerous situation highway patrol came had to stop the highway. I was able to get the car rolled to the shoulder and then I had to have it towed to my house. Could’ve been a very dangerous situation where crashes could’ve occurred. It stopped the entire five lanes of the highway.

After enabling a "hill hold" feature where the car will stop after braking without needing to leave foot on brake, the car will automatically go into park/standby mode which results in car basically shutting off. This has affected many fisker oceans since their latest update. The car will stall on the freeway in stop and go traffic, at stoplights and stop signs. After driving the car for about 10 minutes, I parked and was unable to open the driver door. I tried locking and unlocking, shifting in and out of park, resetting the infotainment system and opening the window and trying to open via the outside handle. The door is supposed to always open via a ‘double pull’ from inside yet it never worked. I drove about a mile and pulled into a parking lot where I took videos. Loss of drive power/acceleration during operation. On two occasions in the past few weeks the vehicle has become unresponsive when the accelerator is pressed. No warning lights, sounds, or other indication that something is wrong. Regenerative breaking also goes offline but regular brakes work. Car is forced to roll to a full stop and will resume function after shifting into park and then drive again.

I was driving on [XXX] in the Dallas area when the parking brake suddenly and unexpectedly engaged. I tried to disengage it manually using the button to the left of the steering wheel, but it would not disengage. Due to the higher speed of being on a state highway, the vehicle quickly became unstable and within a few seconds the brakes locked up and I went into a spin crossing two lanes in the process.
