I was driving on [XXX] in the Dallas area when the parking brake suddenly and unexpectedly engaged. I tried to disengage it manually using the button to the left of the steering wheel, but it would not disengage. Due to the higher speed of being on a state highway, the vehicle quickly became unstable and within a few seconds the brakes locked up and I went into a spin crossing two lanes in the process. * Blind spot warning false positives, i.e., showing a warning on the left side while on the left-most lane of the motorway with no cars to my left * Lane Departure steering is not responsive, it does not nudge the car back into the lane, but instead the steering is resistive, requiring additional effort to force the car back into the lane

The car has now on at least 6 occasions started to shake and rapidly decelerate after I pressed the brake to slow down or make a turn. The car dashboard then starts flashing the following warning signs: 1. "Brake system malfunction service required"; 2) "ASAS fault- Features Limited or unavailable. On 3/29/24 my wife was driving the Fisker home on the freeway. She had about 20% battery left and was 5 miles from home. All of a sudden, the car lost power and she started to coast on the freeway. Nothing happened when she pushed on the accelerator. She made it to the side of the road. Stopped the car. And then turned it on again and all was fine and drove home. Car was purchases [XXX]. The braking became unavailable [XXX] while driving on the freeway. Several alerts and warnings came on to the vehicle regarding collision, lane changing.
