Air is bypassing the SR-7 valve, thus charging the brake chambers allowing the park brake to release. This was in the yard while parked in stall, built air, followed by uncontrolled rolling from stall.

Failure of air valve between primary and secondary air tanks Steering column on right hand side steering not secured. pics attached

On initial in-service inspection the following issues were found. 1) R/S steering column not secured. Multiple screws loose. (picture attached) 2) Brake air system found to be out of compliance. When tested and air was released from one tank, both tanks drained completely. Lines are look to be plumbed incorrectly.
