INTERIOR REAR VIEW MIRROR OBSTRUCTS VIEW TO THE RIGHT FOR TALL PEOPLE. I'VE ALMOST HAD 3-4 SERIOUS ACCIDENTS BECAUSE THE REAR VIEW MIRROR IN MY 1992 TOYOTA CAMRY IS LOCATED RATHER LOW IN THE PASSENGER COMPARTMENT. PLEASE DO A STUDY OF ACCIDENTS INVOLVING TALL DRIVERS (MORE THAN 6'2" IN HEIGHT) AND SEE IF THERE IS…

THE INTERIOR REAR VIEW MIRROR CREATES A BLIND SPOT BECAUSE OF ITS SIZE AND LOCATION FOR TALL DRIVERS. CONSUMER IS 6 FEET 3 INCHES TALL. THIS CAUSES AN OBSTRUCTION WHEN DRIVER ATTEMPTS TO MERGE OVER TO THE RIGHT/LEFT. THE DRIVER IS UNABLE TO PROPERLY SEE ONCOMING MOTORISTS. *AK
