THE VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION ON A HOT SUNNY DAY. OUT OF NO WHERE THERE THE SUNROOF EXPLODED. I WAS TRAVELING AT SPEEDS UP TO 75 MPH ON A HIGHWAY. I HEARD THE LOUD POP LIKE A GUNSHOT, AND THE GLASS SHATTERING. THE VISOR TO THE SUNROOF WAS CLOSED, AND WHEN I OPENED IT TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED IT SEEMED, AND IF THE GLASS WAS ABOUT FALL ON ME WHILE DRIVING, I IMMEDIATELY CLOSED THE VISOR FOR PROTECTION, THEN I HEARD THE GLASS FLYING OFF IN TO THE TRAFFIC BEHIND ME

Owner report 11529172 · 2023-06-27 (June 27, 2023)
Steering system makes noise when the steering wheel is turned. The steering has a "sticking" characteristic on the highway, making it unsafe to drive due to minor adjustments over center causing the steering rack to temporarily "lock up", then dart left or right when more force is applied. Owner contacted Lexus Corporate about this issue, but they were uncooperative.

Owner report 11602022 · 2024-07-14 (July 14, 2024)
ABS Modulator has failed on mine and thousands of owners across the US & the World. Toyota/Lexus knows about this and has issued TSIB's for several models including the LS460 from 2007-2017 up to a certain mileage. My vehicle has too many miles to be included in this, but the safety of my vehicle is in serious risk due to a problem that they have known about for many years, but have failed to do a recall on all of these vehicles. The repair costs on average $2,000 to $4,000.00.
