THIS IS MORE OF A CONCERN AND A INQUIRY. I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2010 LEXUS LS460 AWD. I HAVE NOTICE THAT WHEN MAKING U-TURNS OR SHARP TURNS, THE STEERING WHEEL FAILS TO RETURN TO CENTER BY ITSELF, AND WHEN I TURN IT BACK MY SELF THE WHEEL IS NO LONGER ALIGNED WITH THE CAR. I.E THE NORMAL POSITION OF THE STEERING TO GO STRAIGHT, IS OFF ABOUT 90 DEGREES. THIS TEND TO CAUSE OVER AND UNDERSTEER, AND CAN BE PRETTY SCARY WHEN IN TRAFFIC. *TR

FRONT UPPER AND LOWER CONTROL ARMS ARE MALFUNCTIONING. THIS IS A KNOWN PROBLEM ON THIS CAR HOWEVER LEXUS WILL NOT ISSUE A RECALL OR OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE WITH REPAIR. LEXUS WILL COVER THIS UNDER WARRANTY BUT AS MANY OF THESE HAPPEN SHORTLY AFTER THE WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED LIKE IN MY CASE THERE IS NO RECOURSE.
