FAILURE OF LEXUS LS430 TRUNK STRUTS. TRUNK LID WILL NO LONGER REMAIN OPEN AND WILL OFTEN FALL ON MY HEAD WHILE PUTTING AND TAKING ITEMS OUT OF THE TRUNK.

The contact stated she had to replace the battery at least twenty times in the past ten years. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic. The vehicle was diagnosed with a failure in the radio connection which was draining the battery. The radio was disconnected. The failure reoccurred. The vehicle was not repaired.
