Owner report 11677089 · 2025-07-29 (July 29, 2025)
With only 4811 miles on our Jeep Wagoneer, it had TOTAL BRAKE FAILURE causing my wife to drive thru a stop sign avoiding pedestrians. I had it towed by Jeep roadside assistance to St.Clair Chrysler Jeep in St. Clair MI. on [XXX]. A week later on [XXX] I was told to come pick up the car and that it was repaired. The porter went to move the car and again TOTAL BRAKE FAILURE. The vehicle was again repaired and when I went to get it, I asked if the brakes were guaranteed to work and no one would say that they were. This car model has a lot of brake…

Owner report 11680220 · 2025-08-12 (August 12, 2025)
ABS and Stability control lights came on and I immediately lost braking pressure within 100 yards of warning lights and could not stop the vehicle and drove through a stop light. Fortunately there were no cars in the intersection. I also have had steering warning light as well as engine warning light. My Wagoneer’s engine stumbled and put itself in park at a stop light in another issue with the vehicle. The loss of braking force is most concerning safety issue to me. My car is only 4 days old and has already had numerous issues.

While driving on the interstate, the vehicle continuously bounces, shakes, and vibrates, making it difficult to maintain safe control. The issue occurs at highway speeds and creates concern for both safety and drivability.

Owner report 11744980 · 2026-06-18 (June 18, 2026)
This happened twice but the second time could've caused a serious accident. I was turning left through an intersection and the vehicle on the opposite side of the road was turning left (we were going opposite directions) When the other vehicle got "close" to me (not close enough to crash) my collision assistance/automatic emergency braking stopped my car in the middle of the intersection with other people turning also behind me. I had to put my car in park and then in drive again to get it going. it was very scary and if anyone wasn't paying at…

Owner report 11749619 · 2026-07-10 (July 10, 2026)
For the past year I have been dealing with multiple vehicle failures with our 2025 Jeep Wagoneer. I have worked with my dealer a dozen times. Adnt he vehicle has been under service for roughly 13 weeks. Each time the dealership tells me the issue was a software update or they were not able to "recreate the issue". Our 2025 Wagoneer has been stalling out, shifting to park and then requiring a complete restart multiple times per week. This happens at low speed or at idle. On the afternoon of XXX, while driving the vehicle back from a different de…

Owner report 11762271 · 2026-09-04 (September 4, 2026)
While waiting at a drive thru, the brakes did not respond when pressed and the car kept moving forward. The emergency braking system also did not respond. The car was placed into park and the car still did not stop. This resulted in hitting the car in front of us in line.

25V593000 · Structure:Exterior Trim
Reported: 2025-09-11 (September 11, 2025)
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Jeep Wagoneer and Jeep Grand Wagoneer vehicles. The trim on the driver and passenger doors may not have been installed properly, which can allow it to detach.
Consequence: Detached trim pieces can create a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the door trim, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 25, 2025. Owners may contact FCA customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA's number for this recall is 77C. Reported: 2026-09-01 (September 1, 2026)
Chrysler (FCA US LLC) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Jeep Wagoneer, 2024-2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Jeep Grand Cherokee L, Jeep Grand Cherokee 4XE, Jeep Grand Wagoneer, 2025 Jeep Wagoneer L, 2025-2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer L, 2026 Jeep Cherokee, and Jeep Grand Wagoneer L PHEV vehicles. Owners may contact FCA US, LLC customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA US, LLC's number for this recall is 54D.
