I am currently in a loaner car from dodge dealership, 2022 Jeep Compass limited 4x4. when we got it pretty much as soon as we were in it and down the road every dashboard warning light popped on and it goes through the process of telling you everything from lane assist to park assist. Nothing works as far as cruise control blind spot warning nothing I all says needs to he serviced. On Feb 8th, 2022 the four wheel drive quit working giving message to service 4wd. The front tires turned and the back tired did not turn and the car did not move forward or backwards. If this would have happened in an area that was remote and no people around I would have not been able to get help. This is a safety issue as car was inoperable and could have stranded me in a remote location. The contact owns a 2022 Jeep Compass. The contact stated while the vehicle was parked there was a continuous audible alert coming from the vehicle. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer however, the result of the diagnostic test was unknown. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was unknown.

This is the third time this has happened to me. The second time I took it to the dealership for inspection and was told they could not locate any issues. The first time it happened, I had started my vehicle, and it was running for around 3-4 minutes while I got my child settled in the backseat. By the time I made it back to the drivers seat, I heard noises alerting me to issues. This is how multiple times this has occurred and the second time I’m reporting this. I entered my vehicle and started the engine. I needed to use GPS to reach my destination, so I was sitting in park while getting everything the address inputted. The emergency braking l, collision warning automatically shut off by itself while driving. Occurred 7/12 and 7/20 I have reported this before. Took to the dealer and they could not replicate. 22V248000 · Seats:Front Assembly:Head Restraint
Reported: 2022-04-14 (April 14, 2022)
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022 Jeep Compass vehicles. The front seat head restraints were not welded properly. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 202, "Head Restraints."
Consequence: Improperly welded head restraints can result in an increased risk of injury to seat occupants during a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will replace both front seat head restraints, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 3, 2022. Owners may contact FCA US LLC customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA US, LLC's number for this recall is Z36.

Reported: 2023-02-09 (February 9, 2023)
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022 Jeep Compass vehicles. The instrument panel center cluster display may be insufficiently illuminated and may not appear visible during daytime driving conditions. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 101, "Control and Displays."
Consequence: An instrument panel display that is not visible to the driver may result in the inability to see safety-critical information, such as the fuel gauge and warning lights, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the windshield and headlamp switch, add a light sensor module, and add a wiring jumper harness to allow the instrument panel center cluster display backlighting to function correctly, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 30, 2023. Owners may contact FCA US, LLC customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA US, LLC's number for this recall is 15A.

Reported: 2023-08-14 (August 14, 2023)
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Jeep Compass vehicles. The brightness level of the instrument panel cluster (IPC) may not be adjustable due to incorrect software in the body control module (BCM). As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 101, "Control and Displays."
Consequence: An IPC display that is not bright enough may not clearly show critical safety information, such as the speedometer or warning lights, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will update the body control module (BCM) software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 29, 2023. Owners may contact FCA US, LLC customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA US, LLC's number for this recall is 88A.

Reported: 2024-06-13 (June 13, 2024)
Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Dodge Durango, 2021-2023 Chrysler Pacifica, Jeep Grand Cherokee L, 2022 Ram 1500, 2500, 3500, Chrysler Voyager, 2022-2023 Jeep Compass, Grand Cherokee, Wagoneer, Grand Wagoneer, and Ram Promaster vehicles. The radio software may prevent the rearview image from displaying. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility."
Consequence: A rearview camera image that does not display decreases the driver's visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will update the radio software or the software will be OTA, "Over-The-Air," free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed beginning July 9, 2024. Owners may contact FCA US, LLC customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA US, LLC's numbers for this recall are 66B and 79B.
