Issue 1. RV plumbing system poorly designed and installed allowing Grey-water tank damage and unsafe and unsanitary sewage leak. The Grey-water tank was not engineered with close enough tolerance in the mounting structure to prevent shifting during normal driving conditions allowing the tank to uncouple from the mounting rails, breaking the plumbing fixtures and allowing sewage to spill in the plumbing compartment. The forward over cab section is separating from the primary house box because of extremely poor designed/engineered assembly process. The cheep screws used in production are breaking.

Reported: 2020-12-17 (December 17, 2020)
Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2015-2020 Seneca Class C motorhomes. The mounting brackets for the leveling system hydraulic pump and reservoir may fail, allowing the components to contact the ground.
Consequence: Contact with the ground may cause the pump and reservoir to detach or leak hydraulic fluids, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Jayco will notify owners, and dealers will install an updated support bracket. The recall began February 12, 2021. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903529.
