Issue 1. RV plumbing system poorly designed and installed allowing Grey-water tank damage and unsafe and unsanitary sewage leak. The Grey-water tank was not engineered with close enough tolerance in the mounting structure to prevent shifting during normal driving conditions allowing the tank to uncouple from the mounting rails, breaking the plumbing fixtures and allowing sewage to spill in the plumbing compartment.
