09 HYOSUNG GT250R. PURCHASED NEW FROM BERTS MEGA MALL DEALER IN COVINA CALIFORNIA, DEALER SAID IT WAS A NEW BIKE WITH MANUFACTURER WARRANTY. BUT, AFTER SOME WEEKS ON 4/21/2012 THE FRONT BRAKE CALIPER FELL FROM THE TIRE SUPPORT, CAUSING LOSS OF BRAKE POWER ON THE FREEWAY AND ALMOST CAUSED AN ACCIDENT WITH TRAFFIC. THEN ON 6/11/12 THE CLUTCH/TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS LEAD TO A FAILURE OF THE DRIVE CHAIN CAUSING LOSS OF CONTROL. INCIDENT REPORTED ON 6/12/12 WITH THE DEALER AND 'IM WAITING FOR AN ANSWER FROM THEM. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 HYOSUNG GT250 MOTORCYCLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MOTORCYCLE WAS LEAKING FUEL FROM THE PETCOCK VALVE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MOTORCYCLE DID NOT LEAK WHEN IT WAS RUNNING, BUT WOULD ONLY LEAK WHEN IT WAS SHUT OFF. THE CONTACT DID NOT HAVE THE MOTORCYCLE INSPECTED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 1,300. UPDATED 12/06/12*LJ
