09 HYOSUNG GT250R. PURCHASED NEW FROM BERTS MEGA MALL DEALER IN COVINA CALIFORNIA, DEALER SAID IT WAS A NEW BIKE WITH MANUFACTURER WARRANTY. BUT, AFTER SOME WEEKS ON 4/21/2012 THE FRONT BRAKE CALIPER FELL FROM THE TIRE SUPPORT, CAUSING LOSS OF BRAKE POWER ON THE FREEWAY AND ALMOST CAUSED AN ACCIDENT WITH TRAFFIC. THEN ON 6/11/12 THE CLUTCH/TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS LEAD TO A FAILURE OF THE DRIVE CHAIN CAUSING LOSS OF CONTROL. INCIDENT REPORTED ON 6/12/12 WITH THE DEALER AND 'IM WAITING FOR AN ANSWER FROM THEM.
