09 HYOSUNG GT250R. PURCHASED NEW FROM BERTS MEGA MALL DEALER IN COVINA CALIFORNIA, DEALER SAID IT WAS A NEW BIKE WITH MANUFACTURER WARRANTY. BUT, AFTER SOME WEEKS ON 4/21/2012 THE FRONT BRAKE CALIPER FELL FROM THE TIRE SUPPORT, CAUSING LOSS OF BRAKE POWER ON THE FREEWAY AND ALMOST CAUSED AN ACCIDENT WITH TRAFFIC. THEN ON 6/11/12 THE CLUTCH/TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS LEAD TO A FAILURE OF THE DRIVE CHAIN CAUSING LOSS OF CONTROL. INCIDENT REPORTED ON 6/12/12 WITH THE DEALER AND 'IM WAITING FOR AN ANSWER FROM THEM. MY STEPSON WAS TRAVELING APPROX 45 MPH WESTBOUND ON DRY, LEVEL PAVEMENT DURING LATE AFTERNOON DAYLIGHT HOURS. HE REMEMBERS THE FRONT WHEEL OF HIS HYOSUNG GT250R MOTORCYCLE WOBBLING AND HAVING NO CONTROL OF HIS STEERING. HE THEN REMEMBERS PEOPLE HELPING HIM. WITNESSES SAY THAT HE WAS DRIVING NORMALLY, WITHIN THE FLOW OF TRAFFIC, WHEN THEY SAW HIS FRONT WHEEL WOBBLE AND THEN THEY SAW THE MOTORCYCLE GO DOWN. 2008 HYOSUNG 250 SCOOTER. CONSUMER STATES PROBLEM WITH STARTING THE SCOOTER *TGW THE CONSUMER STATED AFTER THE SCOOTER SAT IN THE HEAT FOR SEVERAL HOURS, IT WOULD START UP. AN INJECTOR PULSE AND POWER RELAY WERE INSTALLED AT A COST OF $200. HOWEVER, THE STARTING PROBLEMS CONTINUED. THE ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP WOULD NOT KICK IN AND A SECOND RELAY WAS INSTALLED. THE CONSUMER WAS THEN INFORMED AN ELECTRONIC CONTROL MODULE WAS NEEDED AT A COST OF $ 400.
