Owner report 11506426 · 2023-02-09 (February 9, 2023)
The infotainment system loses all audio through the speakers intermittently. when this happens I also lose the Safety warning chimes as well. shutting off the vehicle for an extended period of time resets something and it resumes normal function. I have contacted GM customer service and spoke to 3 different representatives and requested an escalation to a Senior Advisor, which i was told could take up to 4 days to hear back. the vehicle has 800 miles and is 1 month old, this has occurred 4 times. it has not been looked at by the manufacturer as…

Owner report 11508802 · 2023-02-23 (February 23, 2023)
At just 600 miles, the 2023 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax gave out a check engine light. The code reader displayed a P0402. The truck had a very strong fume odor. The truck was taken to service two times. GM engineering made tests on the truck and concluded that the truck needs to be reprogrammed. I have a case number established with GM (case number 9-9217617941). If the program is bad, why release the product to the public? See attached invoice for details. This issue is present on almost all LZ0 GMC trucks based on people I've met in forums. Please…

Owner report 11513606 · 2023-03-24 (March 24, 2023)
The fuel in the tank is splashing around and makes bump sound when you come to a stop and is worse when the fuel take is full and goes away the lower the tank gets. GMC has a service bulletin out PIT5161J stating this is a normal condition. This is not normal, I have never had any vehicle I have owned have a fuel tank noise let alone have felt a bump that you can feel in the seat. There is obviously something manufactured wrong and needs to be addressed.

Owner report 11529706 · 2023-06-30 (June 30, 2023)
I sent my vehicle to the dealer, Brandywine GMC dealer in Bradywine MD. To have my fluids topped off upon receipt of my truck the next day my truck broke down. I sent my truck back to the dealer where they said Def was placed into the diesel tank by me, which was a lie. I filed an insurance claim because the dealer accused me of putting Def into my diesel tank. The insurance company paid to have everything fixed, however shortly after receiving my car I was traveling the interstate and my speed was cut back to 15 miles per hour per the trucks c…
