--Unwanted Reduction in The Front HVAC Blower Speed and Loss of Radio, Auto AC not working as designed --driver seat vibrating as the lane departure warning activated; I had turned the seat vibrate function off on 25 June 2023. I then went into settings to turn the function off again, and the system would not allow to make the change, it stayed in vibrate function --the passenger front window will not go up automatically, had to hold the button to make the window go up all the way. Driving home in the 2023 GMC Sierra 1500, when the error message came up to Service Power Steering. A short time later also had messages for ESC, Restraint System, and Trail Brakes error messages. Then lost all electric power assist on the power steering, and truck almost impossible to turn without extreme effort. Took to dealer and they had truck for almost 2 weeks and said they couldn't replicate the problem. Within 24 hours of getting it back I had the exact same problem, with total loss of power steering assist. Parked truck for approx an…

Owner report 11630691 · 2024-12-14 (December 14, 2024)

The issues with my vehicle began when the radio intermittently cut off or froze. Despite several attempts by the dealer to resolve the problem, they were unsuccessful. Early on, various electrical components failed to load or perform correctly, with the dealer attributing this to software updates. Currently, when the radio cuts off or freezes, I experience additional problems: the headlights randomly flash between dim and bright, the heads-up display fails to load or shows incomplete information, the collision detection activates with no objec…

Owner report 11513606 · 2023-03-24 (March 24, 2023)

The fuel in the tank is splashing around and makes bump sound when you come to a stop and is worse when the fuel take is full and goes away the lower the tank gets. GMC has a service bulletin out PIT5161J stating this is a normal condition. This is not normal, I have never had any vehicle I have owned have a fuel tank noise let alone have felt a bump that you can feel in the seat. There is obviously something manufactured wrong and needs to be addressed.

Owner report 11604846 · 2024-07-26 (July 26, 2024)

In late February/early March, my GMC Sierra with around 9000 miles had the following to occur on a cold start: check engine light came on as well as the service esc light & traction control light, truck shuddered and shimmied. Took for service on March 4, 2024 with 9774 miles on odometer, where service tech said they couldn't duplicate concern (see attachments: March Service Invoice Pg 1 & 2). Took truck home & same issues kept occurring especially on cold mornings & days. Took the truck back for service on April 1, 2024 with 10895 miles o…
