DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE TRAVELING NO PARTICULAR, THE TRANSMISSION DOWNSHIFTED INTO FIRST GEAR. THE VEHICLE WAS PULLED OVER AND THE DEALERSHIP SENT A TECHNICIAN TO THE VEHICLE TO DEPROGRAMMED THE CODES TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP. AN INTERNAL WIRE HARNESS, PINS CONNECTORS, AND SOLENOID WERE REPLACED, BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISTED.

DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS TRAVELING 70 MPH ON CLEAR DRY ROAD CONDITIONS, TRAFFIC STOPPED ABRUPTLY, WHICH REQUIRED EMERGENCY BRAKING OF THE VEHICLE. THE BRAKES SHUDDERED VIOLENTLY. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A SERVICE DEALER, THE PROBLEM WAS NOT IDENTIFIED, ALTHOUGH THE BRAKES WERE REBUILT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT ALERTED.

ONE SIDE OF SEAT BACK IS UNHINGED AND THE DRIVER'S BACK GETS SUDDENLY SHIFTED AROUND WITHOUT WARNING. 2) DEFROSTER AND HEATING VENTS DO NOT WORK 3) MIRRORS ARE BADLY CORRODED AND UNADJUSTABLE, IT IS OWNED BY PEAPOD BY STOP AND SHOP AND THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT FIXING THIS, VERY DANGEROUS VEHICLE THE PARENT CORPORATION OF PEAPOD AND STOP AND SHOP GIANT HAS HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN CASH LAYING AROUND I MIGHT ADD; THIS HORROR SHOW OF A TRUCK IS LOCATED AT [XXX]; THE NUMBER ON THE BACK OF THE TRUCK IS 72 "SEVENTY TWO". PULLING A LOADED TRAILER UP A STEEP GRADE ON A MAJOR HIGHWAY. SPEED WAS APPROX. 40MPH. DRIVER HEAR A "CLUNK" NOISE THEN THE LOW COOLANT LIGHT CAME ON AND THEN THE ENGINE TEMP STARTED TO RISE. PULLED OVER AND THERE WAS COOLANT LEAKING FROM THE FRONT OF THE TRUCK. UPON FURTHER INSPECTION THE BOTTOM RADIATOR HOSE HAD BEEN CUT FROM THE FAN THAT EXPLODED AND THE FAN ALSO TORE THE FAN SHROUD OPEN TOO. SUMMARY- FAN EXPLODED, WHICH RUINED THE FAN SHROUD AND THE LOWER RADIATOR HOSE. *TR
