DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE TRAVELING NO PARTICULAR, THE TRANSMISSION DOWNSHIFTED INTO FIRST GEAR. THE VEHICLE WAS PULLED OVER AND THE DEALERSHIP SENT A TECHNICIAN TO THE VEHICLE TO DEPROGRAMMED THE CODES TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP. AN INTERNAL WIRE HARNESS, PINS CONNECTORS, AND SOLENOID WERE REPLACED, BUT THE PROBLEM PERSISTED.

DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS TRAVELING 70 MPH ON CLEAR DRY ROAD CONDITIONS, TRAFFIC STOPPED ABRUPTLY, WHICH REQUIRED EMERGENCY BRAKING OF THE VEHICLE. THE BRAKES SHUDDERED VIOLENTLY. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A SERVICE DEALER, THE PROBLEM WAS NOT IDENTIFIED, ALTHOUGH THE BRAKES WERE REBUILT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT ALERTED.
