The contact owns a 2018 Vanderhall Venice. The contact stated while driving and making a U-turn the contact heard a loud grinding sound coming from the vehicle before the vehicle lost motive power and stalled. The contact pushed the vehicle to the side of the road and inspected the vehicle and noticed the CV-shaft was separated from the transmission. The vehicle was towed to the residence. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 6,000.

Multiple recurring manufacturer issues that they refuse to address: Gas Cap: spins on top of chassis, not locking down. Difficult to lock, or unlock, because it just spins incessantly. We've gone through 4 different gas caps from this manufacturer, and all of them keep doing the same thing after a few days. Sometimes the Gas Cap will fly off during driving, which is a major safety concern. Battery: Trickle-charging through their provided port doesn't ever work.
