WHEN DOWNSHIFTING FROM 3RD GEAR, THE TRANSMISSION FREQUENTLY BYPASSES 2ND GEAR AND GOES INTO NEUTRAL. THIS IS TRUE NEUTRAL, NOT A FALSE NEUTRAL, AS THE NEUTRAL LIGHT COMES ON IN THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THIS SITUATION IS VERY DANGEROUS AND COULD LEAD TO LOSS OF CONTROL OF THE MOTORCYCLE.
