TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 THOR HURRICANE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START. UPON INSPECTION, THE CONTACT DISCOVERED THAT THE BATTERY POWER HAD DRAINED. THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED IN JULY OF 2017 PER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V265000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM) TO REWIRE THE BATTERY CONTROL CENTER. THE CONTACT INDICATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS CAUSED BY THE INFORMATION LISTED IN THE RECALL. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 13,000. THE VIN WAS INVALID. *TT*JB
