THERE IS A FAILURE IN THE SEAL FOR THE CLUTCH ROD. CONTAMINENTS ARE GETTING IN AND DISCOLORING THE DOT 4 BRAKE FLUID. THIS DISCOLORATION IS THE FIRST SIGN OF FAILURE AND YET THE DEALER SAYS TO CHANGE ONLY DURING NORMAL MAINTENANCE, TWO YEARS. THIS SEAL IS UNPROTECTED AND IS SUBJECT TO FAILURE THUS COMPROMISING THE CLUTCH SYSTEM.*AK

CONSUMER STATES THERE IS BRAKE FLUID IN THE CLUTCH SYSTEM IS CONTAMINATED AND NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. CONSUMER HAS SPOKEN TO DEALER, MECHANIC STATED FLUID DID NOT NEED TO BE CHANGED FOR 2 YEARS. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 (NA) SUZUKI HAYABUSA MOTORCYCLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MOTORCYCLE WAS INOPERABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE BATTERY HAD BEEN OVERCHARGED AND LEAKED SULPHURIC ACID. AS A RESULT, THE BATTERY AND RECTIFIER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE.
