WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL IS RELEASED, THE TURN SIGNAL RELAY (OR AT LEAST SOMETHING THAT SOUNDS EXACTLY LIKE IT) ENERGIZES AND DE-ENERGIZES (MAKING A 'BLINKER' SOUND) AT A RATE 2X OR 3X THE NORMAL TURN SIGNAL RATE. THE TURN SIGNAL INDICATORS (GREEN ARROWS ON THE DASH) DO NOT ILLUMINATE. ABOUT 90% OF THE TIME IT ONLY HAPPENS ONCE PER TIME THE BRAKE PEDAL IS RELEASED.
