THE VEHICLE'S STRUTS AND TOW SPINDLE ARE SHOWING PREMATURE WEAR AT ONLY 22K MILES. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THIS IS NORMAL WEAR FOR A VEHICLE THAT IS NOT DRIVEN OFTEN. IF THE SPINDLE FAILED, THE WHEEL COULD SEPARATE FROM VEHICLE WHILE IN MOTION.

WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED BATTERY EXPLODED. CONSUMER WAS UNABLE TO START OR MOVE THE VEHICLE. CONSUMER HAD THE VEHICLE TOWED TO THE DEALER FOR INSPECTION. AND MECHANIC DETERMINED THAT THE BATTERY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED DUE TO THE HEAT EXPLOSION. *AK
