Regarding other, there is apparently an issue regarding the sunroofs in Nissan vehicles and severe leaking inside the car that causes issues regarding the flooring and possible electrical components. The second issue regarding the wheels is Nissan uses a term called "swollen lug nuts". They wanted to charge almost 1k to change the lugs and finally rotate my tires.

Owner report 11743906 · 2026-06-13 (June 13, 2026)

Known issue with sunroof drains clogging and leaking into vehicle. Could Possibly cause electrical damage. The rear drains are clogged and are not accessible without removing interior trim/headliner to clear. A consumer should not have to spend $500+ to have sunroof drain lines cleared. Unknowingly, Back floor board was full of water and car was parked for multiple days. Upon opening the door, the moldy, mildew smell was overwhelming. I had to drive with windows down. When I returned home, that’s when I discovered the back floorboard soaked. I …

Owner report 11398076 · 2021-02-26 (February 26, 2021)

STARTING IN NOVEMBER 2020, MY 2019 MURANO HAS AN UNEXPLAINED CLUNKING/CLATTER NOISE WHEN GOING OVER SMALL BUMPS IN THE ROAD. IT SOUNDS AS IF IT IS THE SWAY BAR BUSHINGS BUT THE DEALERS ARE NOT PROPERLY DIAGNOSING IT. THE TECHNICIANS TAKE A RIDE WITH ME IN THE VEHICLE AND CLEARLY HEAR AND ACKNOWLEDGE AN ABNORMAL NOISE. HOWEVER THEY PROCEED TO DRIVE ANOTHER USED VEHICLE AND DETERMINE IT IS NORMAL BEHAVIOR. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THERE WAS NO ABNORMAL SUSPENSION NOISES WHEN IT WAS NEW AND ANY NEW ONE ALSO LACKS THE NOISE. ONE DEALER PROCEEDED TO SAY …

Owner report 11438147 · 2021-10-25 (October 25, 2021)

In September of 2019, I leased a new 2019 Nissan Murano Platinum from Missoula Nissan in Missoula, Montana. Not long after purchasing the new auto, I noticed that when driving down a hill, the cruise control released and the vehicle sped up as though free-wheeling. The engine brake (compression) did not activate nor did the transmission shift down. The hills I am referring to are gentle down-hills on straight-aways. They are not steep or windy. There is absolutely no danger in driving a speed limit of 70 mph on a two-lane highway going downhi…
