ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, ABS/ESP/ASR WARNING LIGHTS CAME ON AND CRUISE CONTROL BECAME INOPERATIVE. SOMETIMES THE FAULTS WERE CLEARED BY TURNING ENGINE OFF AND RESTARTING. OTHER TIMES THE WHEEL SPEED SENSOR WAS REPLACED. A TOTAL OF 3 SENSORS WERE REPLACED OVER TIME. ONE TIME HAPPENED WHEN BRAKING, WHICH RESULTED IN EXTENDED STOPPING DISTANCE. ONCE THE TRANSMISSION WAS LOCKED IN THE LOWEST GEAR AND WOULD NOT SHIFT. THE MOST RECENT TIME THE ENGINE STOPPED AT 45 MPH WHILE ON THE ROAD. THIS WAS RESOLVED BY REPLACEMENT OF THE ABS MODULE. ABS SAFETY FOR OUR 2015 MERCEDES SPRINTER. THE RIGHT REAR SENSOR IS DEFECTIVE. WE ARE CONCERNED ABOUT OUR SAFETY NOT HAVING BRAKES THAT SHOULD WORK ACCORDING TO THE MANUFACTURE. WITH OUT ABS THE CRUISE CONTROL DOES NOT WORK EITHER. THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP. NOTE; THE MANY FRUSTRATED OWNERS DISCUSIONS ON THE INTERNET ABOUT THIS PROBLEM.
