The vehicle entered dealer custody in 08/2025 after a dead battery / lockout repair event and was returned by the dealer on 01/08/2026 after months in dealer custody for repair work. Before entering dealer custody, the vehicle was drivable. The dealer documented a completed road test and inspection, but the vehicle was returned in unsafe and inoperable condition.
